Our experienced crew handles everything from full fire escape installations to repairs and code upgrades, ensuring systems remain safe, compliant, and reliable. Eddie’s Iron Works Inc. is licensed to inspect and certify fire escape systems in accordance with the Massachusetts State Building Code (780 CMR Section 1001.3.3). Fire escape certification is required every five (5) years by a Massachusetts Registered Professional Licensed Fire Escape Installer or a professional acceptable to the Building Official.
